Spending Christmas here was one of my best decisions ever. The staff was amazing! They were always available to assist with anything and everything I needed. I loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby, it was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. , the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to the ski slopes and offered a stunning view of the mountains. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it easy for me to sleep soundly. Lastly, the food was delicious, especially the local dish they prepared for Christmas dinner, it was amazing!
Honestly, I cannot think of any negative aspects of my stay. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the food.

We spent Easter at a mountain hotel surrounded by stunning scenery. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the spa was an amazing experience, and the massages were incredibly relaxing.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and the room could have used better sound-proofing. the extra charge for the use of the spa was a bit of a letdown since the room itself was already quite expensive for what it offered.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a rustic character and a large leather sofa. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a sauna and spa bath. The hotel staff, especially Antonio, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with advice on activities in the area and even arranging dinner for us at a local bar. The breakfast offered an excellent selection and the food in the restaurant was regional and well-prepared.
Nothing at all.
